It's Simple
All of those "quick and easy" plans are confused. Losing weight and getting in shape is Simple, but not quick or easy. Exercise consistently, create a calorie deficit, and get good sleep. That's it. These things are simple to do and sound easy, but speaking from personal experience I can tell you that they are not. You probably already know these things. So why haven't you been able to meet your goals?
Quick and Easy
How many "quick and easy" plans to lose weight and get in shape have you been sold? Plans that never work like they claim to. If any weight does come off or gains are made they don't last long and you find yourself right back to where you started. Does this sound familiar? It probably does. Those "quick and easy" plans have lied to you.
The Solution
Making a meaningful and lasting change to yourself will require a lifestyle and mindset change. This is what those "quick and easy" plans conveniently ignore. Making a lifestyle change takes will power and time. I can't give you the will power, that's the hard part. What I can help you with is the time. I will give you all of the tools that you need to make this change happen as quickly as possible. I know what works and what doesn't.
My Goal
My name is Patrick, and I am going to help you become the ideal version of yourself. What does it take to achieve the ideal you? Is it losing some weight? Is it building muscle? Is it toning up? Whatever your goal is I can help you get there.
No this is not another "quick and easy" weight loss plan. The truth is that there is no way to make any meaningful change to yourself quickly or easily. It's going to take time and sheer will power. That's probably not what you wanted to hear. But don't worry, I am going to help you complete this process as efficiently as possible.

I started like everyone else not knowing what I was doing in the gym, buying "supplements" that I didn't really need, eating food that wasn't working for me... The point is that if I had known what I know now I would have reached my goals a lot quicker than I did.

I have 10 years of experience in training. Starting with exercising for football, then to training for power lifting, and now in using weights to maintain a strong and healthy body. For what it's worth I also have formal college education regarding the Anatomy and Physiology of the Human body.

My plan is to take all of this experience and knowledge and apply it towards helping you. I was lucky, in that I had people around me who knew how to workout helping me to get strong and healthy. I was too hardheaded to listen to them about how to train, which supplements to take, and which foods to eat... But they were able to give me the mindset required to achieve my goals. From the beginning I understood that it would take time and effort to achieve my goals.

The main problem with those "quick and easy" plans is that they are selling the wrong mindsets. If you tell someone that losing weight takes no time or that it's easy they'll think something is wrong with them when things aren't going as promised. They'll give up. If you tell them from the beginning that this will take a little time and effort, they are much more likely to stick with it to the end. I'll tell you like it is and help you along the way. Everybody is different and has different goals. There is no one plan.
