Fitness Consultation

      This Fitness Consultation will be a call between me and you, over the phone, Facetime, or Skype. Whichever you prefer. In this call we will go over where you are now, your daily habits, your current diet and where you want to be. I will give you advice about adjusting these things to fit your goals. After this call is over I will make you a custom workout plan with your stated goals and where you are now in mind.
