Yes I sell custom workout plans on this website, but I do feel that everyone should have access to the basic information that they need to be healthy. Below you will find a Classic workout plan that serves as a cover all bases approach to getting in shape. This plan is not optimized for you specifically, but if you follow it, you will see results. As I will tell you with any of my exercise plans, this plan will only work as good as you do. When you go to the gym focus yourself on the task at hand. You are there for an hour, make it count. To see the best results you must truly exhaust yourself, give each and every lift everything that you have. There is a feeling that we all experience when beginning a physical task, I grew up knowing this feeling as "the don't wants". You know the feeling that I'm talking about, push past this and get in to your workout.

As you begin to get used to going to the gym the degree to which you experience "the don't wants" will begin to dissipate. The first week is going to be the hardest for you. In the sense that you are creating a new routine for yourself, something that you are not used to. Combine this plan with eating better and getting your sleep in order, to create a new lifestyle for yourself. As you follow this plan and build yourself up you will begin to feel a different you taking form. A Strong Body is a Strong Mind. Stay Strong.
