There is NO Tomorrow

Tomorrow. The day that never comes. Yet for some reason it's always the day that we choose to start what are usually the most important things in our lives. "I'll get that gym membership tomorrow". "I'll ask my boss for that raise I've been wanting for years tomorrow". "I'll ask her on that date I've been wanting to ask her on tomorrow". "I'll eat healthier tomorrow, today I really want that pizza". The problem is that tomorrow doesn't really exist, we are only in control of the here and now. This is especially true when it comes to our health and fitness. It takes time to change your body, first you have to change your habits, to change your habits you must control your actions. Every action you take will bring you closer to or further away from your goals. We all know what we should be doing, do it.
